ACCESSING THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS ON FUNERALS FOR VETERANS AND FAMILIES.

A PRESENTATION BY THE VETERANS AND MILITARY AFFAIRS COMMITTEE OF THE MURFREESBORO BRANCH NAACP.

Although discussing funeral arrangements may be difficult for some individuals, such conversations can provide practical, psychological, and emotional benefits, as well as prepare loved ones with important information regarding veterans' benefits after death. This can reduce the burden on our loved ones, who have to make difficult decisions about what the VA offers.

This presentation that we are offering will provide one with pertinent information that is vital in making final arrangements, documenting wishes, and decisions in funeral planning. You are urged NOT to wait until you are unable to deal with this issue. Get information through the presentation.
